Your next team event can be a shared adventure. At PartyVR, you can step out of the office routine, put on a VR headset and try something new together. A successful round, an unexpected twist or a funny move gives everyone something to talk about over the next coffee break.
What makes VR a good team activity?
Playing together lets you discover a different side of your colleagues. Who explains things calmly when time is running out? Who cheers everyone on, and who immediately asks for a rematch? Shared challenges create opportunities to cooperate, while short competitions add excitement to the afternoon. The focus is on enjoying an experience together: everyone can bring something different to the group.
First-time players are welcome
You do not need a gaming background or previous VR experience. We introduce the equipment at the start, and short, simpler rounds are a good way to warm up. Choose activities around your team’s interests. Anyone taking a break can follow the action on the projector and cheer others on; swapping roles lets everyone join at their own pace.
Cooperation or a friendly tournament?
- A communication challenge: in Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, one player sees the virtual device while teammates use a manual to help. Listening carefully and explaining clearly both matter.
- A score challenge: try your sense of rhythm in Beat Saber. With short rounds and player swaps, cheering can be part of the fun too.
- A mini tournament: Eleven Table Tennis can be the starting point for a playful ping-pong competition. Agree on the game selection and availability in advance.
An idea for a two-hour session
This is a suggested schedule to adapt to your group size and preferences before booking. Allow time to learn the equipment, swap players and take breaks.
- First 15 minutes: arrival, introduction to headsets and controllers, and a warm-up.
- Next 40 minutes: short games with pairs or small teams taking turns.
- 10-minute break: share first impressions, rest and form new teams.
- 45 minutes: a shared challenge, a mini tournament or another go at your favourites.
- Final 10 minutes: wind down and share the most memorable moments.
