After you allow Analytics, we compare landing designs to improve the booking experience. Local storage holds a random browser identifier (partyvr.landing.visitor.v1) and design assignment (partyvr.landing.v1). These are pseudonymous, not anonymous: an experiment booking identifier can link to the existing booking.

Experiment data includes design, first exposure time, active time (up to 10 minutes), maximum scroll percentage, booking button use and the identifier of a booking created within the first 7 days. A page is active only while visible and within 30 seconds of the last interaction. Success is based on current booking status. Names, emails and phone numbers are not copied into experiment tables.

Assignments expire after 90 days; a daily server job deletes expired experiment data. Expired browser assignments are removed on next use; you can clear them in browser settings at any time. The experiment uses this website’s existing Supabase database.

Withdraw consent in Cookie settings in the footer. Tracking stops, local experiment storage is cleared and the application requests server deletion of related experiment data. If the network request fails, automatic server expiry still applies. Bookings and business records retained on a separate basis are not deleted.

The experiment does not link by IP address, fingerprint or login details; normal infrastructure logging is unaffected. A transfer link contains only the design name, never a visitor identifier. Shared designs do not train the randomly assigned experiment.

Introduction

This notice explains how Rendszerkovács Kft. (the Service Provider / Data Controller) processes personal data of website visitors and guests who make bookings.

It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law. By using the website or submitting a booking you confirm you have read this notice.

2. Data we process

Booking data: name, email, phone, slot, group size, room/package choice, payment method and price; billing details if an invoice is requested.

Payment data: transaction IDs and status (card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored by us).

Customer service: content of enquiries and contact details.

Website operation: technical logs, IP address, session identifiers for security.

3. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
