Team Building

Team building program in Budapest - VR in the city center

Compared to classic "frighten yourself, build trust" trainings, a VR team-building event is 0% PowerPoint and 100% laughter. It's great for both small and large teams: colleagues don't just watch, but cheer, indicate where the opponent is coming from, and loudly point out each other's blunders.

Why VR for this occasion?

  • Real-time communication tasks

In co-op games (e.g., Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes), you HAVE to talk to each other – there's hardly a more direct team-building exercise.

  • Hierarchy out, laughter in

In VR, it doesn't matter if you're a manager or a junior – whoever messes up first becomes the story.

  • Central, indoor location

Buda XI, easily accessible by metro and car. No need to spend a whole day on the M0.

Recommended VR games

  • Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes – co-op communication
  • Beat Saber – score-based competition
  • Eleven Table Tennis – mini-tournament
