General

These terms govern VR session bookings at Rendszerkovács Kft., 1174 Budapest, Kutassy Ágoston utca 17..

A booking is a contract between you and the Service Provider when confirmed by email or on-screen confirmation.

Booking & payment

Book online; prices include VAT. Pay online by card or on site by card/cash as offered at checkout.

The booked group size is fixed; on-site increases may not be possible if capacity is full.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.

Late cancellation or no-show may be charged per the confirmation email.

Liability

VR involves physical movement and inherent risks. Mandatory liability limits under Hungarian law are not excluded.

Participants must follow venue rules and staff instructions. Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

Players and companions

A booking may include up to 8 regular players and up to 8 additional substitute players. The number of reserved VR headsets equals the number of regular players only.

Spectator companions do not play and attend free of charge. Substitute players may occasionally take a regular player’s place and take turns using that player’s VR headset. Substitute players do not receive a separate VR headset; their participation neither increases the number of devices available at the same time nor extends the booked playing time.

The session fee per substitute player is 50% of the regular per-player session fee for the same booking. This is calculated from the regular players’ package price plus any exclusive room fee, divided by the number of regular players. Substitute player fees are also included in the amount eligible for discounts; separate extras, such as the cake package, are charged separately. The payable total is rounded to whole Hungarian forints.
